Online Orders We accept online orders from account holders, and from any other New Zealand purchasers by direct banking, Visa or Mastercard. All orders must be accompanied by payment unless a credit account has been arranged. Goods will be dispatched as soon as direct banking payments are received, or credit card orders processed. It may take up to one business day after your payment for the order to be processed. Some items are discounted for quantity purchases, and these are identified with the quantity breaks in the products pages. To build your order just start choosing items from our products pages. Once you have selected at least one item, you will see a cart symbol and a checkout option at the top of each page, and once you are ready to review your order, you can choose the checkout option to confirm or alter your order. You can still go back and add more items after you review your order with the checkout option. Once you are have confirmed your order you will be able to send us your shipping details and arrange payment options. If paying by credit card you will be transferred to our secure server to enter your Visa or Mastercard details. Payment can also be made by direct banking, or with pre-approved credit for account holders.
